Please inspect your firewood on delivery. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of firewood, returns are not generally accepted once the product has been delivered. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please let us know within 3 working days of delivery, and we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate. Accepted/approved returns will be collected and refunded within 14 working days, and the return costs will be covered by us. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. This policy complies with UK consumer rights and applies to purchases made directly through our website.
